Grainyboi, also known as Chris, is a documentary wedding photographer who works exclusively with film. Rooted in real moments, raw emotion, and the quiet beauty of a day unfolding naturally, his work is an ode to honest storytelling. We crafted a brand to reflect that vision: timeless, intentional, and deeply human.
We designed a custom wordmark infused with nostalgic charm and brimming with personality – giving the brand a bold presence while celebrating a deep love for film.
A refined gold palette elevates the identity with a vintage touch, while soft pale blue introduces a sense of modernity and balance.
At the heart of it all is the brand mascot, Grainy Boy. Playful and memorable, he embodies nostalgia, character, and the brand’s unique point of difference – an unwavering devotion to film.
We built a fully custom website from the ground up – designed to showcase Chris’ work in its best light and seamlessly guide audiences toward getting in touch. From there, the brand extended into a full suite of collateral, including stationery, social activations, delivery packaging, and merchandise – creating a cohesive identity across every touchpoint.
